Jason Fernandez is a 20 year veteran of the multifamily industry, having worked on more than 10,000 apartment and condominium units. Jason and his partner Danny Jordan, principals of TuckerCraft, are directly involved with each project providing day to day, hands on oversight. Prior to joining Tuckercraft, Jason worked at Wood Partners for 6 years as a development manager. He was instrumental in creating and managing that firm’s in house custom upgrade, quality control, and customer service team. He also established a developer services team credited with upgrading and closing more than 4,500 homes in 14 condominium projects around the country.
Jason is honored to work with notable clients such as Novare Group, Charles Williams real Estate, Gilbane, Mill Creek Residential, Trammel Crow Residential, North American Properties, South City Partners, City of Refuge, Gables Residential, Wood Partners, Homeowners Advantage, Batson Cook Construction, Huie Services, Milestone Group, Catamount Constructors, and many others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and serves as the board chairman for Rebuilding Together Atlanta.
\TuckerCraft co-owner Danny Jordan has been involved in multifamily construction since 1994, completing more than 12,000 units totaling over $300,000,000 in new construction. Mr. Jordan has also been responsible for the interior and exterior renovation of thousands of apartment units across the southeast. Prior to joining TuckerCraft in 2011, Danny worked with Fortune-Johnson General Contractors, Gables Residential, Lane Company, and J. Tucker Development. He is experienced in all facets of multifamily construction including operations, estimating, project management, value engineering, and scheduling. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi (the honor society for construction professionals), and is an American Institute of Constructors Certified Professional Constructor. In addition to holding a multifamily EarthCraft certification Danny has earned his Unlimited General Contractors License in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In his spare time Danny enjoys boating, watersports, and fishing with family and friends.
Project Manager Zach Jordan has been working with TuckerCraft since 2014. Mr Jordan began his tenure at the firm as a punch superintendent at Atlanta’s Emory Point and Tuscaloosa’s South10. He has also managed the build back of flood damaged apartments at numerous high-rise and garden style apartments throughout the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. He was the lead estimator and project manager for the construction of Harbor Creek Phase II, a 3 building 60 unit project in Holly Springs GA. Unique to most general contracting firms, Mr Jordan works with our estimating team as well as with our project management team in order to ensure all details of a plan are brought to life on time and on budget. It is this unique approach to managing our client’s vision that sets Tuckercraft team members apart from their peers. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Georgia Institute of Technology, is a certified Earthcraft builder, and has previously worked in the commercial trade show industry as an exhibit designer.
Chad Wolfe has been involved in the construction management of more than 3,500 units in his 21 years of construction industry experience. He has been involved in a variety of projects including garden style, high density with retail and parking structures, town homes, condominiums, and assisted living facilities, ranging in value from $2 million to $60 million. Chad has served in many roles, including superintendent, procurement manager, project manager, and operations manager. He is known for meeting time and cost constraints on multiple projects, while maintaining focus on consistently delivering a quality product.
Chad, his wife and daughter live on a working farm. The farm takes up any spare time Chad may have. If Chad isn’t building – he is farming.
Ron Foster brings more than 20 years of construction experience to the TuckerCraft team, beginning with revitalization of Section 8 housing communities for Hallmark Properties. He is proficient in managing projects in extreme environments, having served as superintendent over multiple apartment reconstructions for units affected by hurricanes from 2004-2006. Ron was punch superintendent at prime properties such as Atlanta’s W-Midtown hotel, The Brookwood, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, and TWELVE Centennial Park.
Amy is the Administrative Assistant who works with the entire team on daily operations and assisting team members across multiple projects around the country. She has worked for Tuckercraft and Restore All for over ten years. Amy has extensive experience with various administrative tasks as well as Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology and general office management. Amy earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from The University of West Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys camping and visiting the beach. Amy resides with her family in Canton, GA.
John brings over 40 years of construction experience to Tuckercraft. He has worked for some of the finest contractors and developers in the southeast, having completed projects in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina North Carolina, Alabama, Maryland, Virginia. John has completed nearly 6,000 units over his career with a total value of over $600,000,000. Prior to joining Tuckercraft in 2018, he was a lead superintendent at Fortune Johnson for more than 12 years. In John’s spare time he enjoys turkey hunting, fishing (salt or fresh water), cooking, NASCAR, college sports (UGA and University of Kentucky), and dogs. He has 2 children, 4 grandchildren and has been married for 45 years.
Amanda is the Controller for Tuckercraft and Restore-All; she brings 19 years of multi-family experience to the team. Amanda has worked in all facets of the multi-family industry, to include, accounting, construction field clerk, onsite and regional management. Prior to joining Tuckercraft in 2017, Amanda worked with Place Properties, Churchill Residential, SPM and Fortune-Johnson General Contractors. She has experience in the physical and financial management of diverse portfolios to include student, senior, affordable, conventional, historic high-rise and multi-use communities. Amanda brings strong financial management skills to the team and earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Athens State University. Amanda resides in Weaver, Alabama with her family.
Jordan St. Clair
Jordan St. Clair brings over 5 years of construction experience to the Tuckercraft team. He’s managed projects ranging from renovating luxurious condominium lobbies to supervising ground up apartment construction projects. Unique to most general contracting firms, Mr St Clair works with our estimating team in bidding new construction projects and also with our project management team ensuring each job is completed on time and at the highest level of quality. It is this unique approach to managing our client’s vision that sets Tuckercraft team members apart from their peers. His latest accomplishment was serving as the project manager on a new construction multi-family project consisting of 124 units in Rome, Ga named The RiverPoint Apartments. Prior to joining Tuckercraft, Jordan worked for Yates Construction. Mr St Clair earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance degree from the University of West GA, is a certified EarthCraft builder, and has extensive experience in HUD projects.
