Jason Fernandez
Jason Fernandez is a 15 year veteran of the multifamily industry, having worked on more than 6,000 apartment and condominium units. Jason and his partner, Danny Jordan, principals of TuckerCraft, are directly involved with each project, providing you day to day, hands on oversight. While with Wood Partners, Jason was instrumental in creating and managing that firm’s in house custom upgrade, quality control, and customer service team. He also established a developer services team credited with upgrading and closing more than 4,500 homes in 14 condominium projects around the country. Jason is honored to work with notable clients such as Novare Group, Gables Residential, Wood Partners, Jamestown Properties, ST Residential, Condominium Concepts, Homeowners Advantage, Batson Cook Construction, Catamount Contractors, and others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and serves on the board of Rebuilding Together Atlanta.

 

Danny Jordan
TuckerCraft co-owner Danny Jordan has been involved in multifamily construction since 1994, completing more than 12,000 units totaling over $290,000,000 in new construction, in addition to many apartment community renovations. Prior to joining TuckerCraft in 2011, Danny worked with Fortune-Johnson General Contractors, Gables Residential, Lane Company, and J. Tucker Development. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi (the honor society for construction professionals), and is an American Institute of Constructors Certified Professional Constructor. He also holds Unlimited Contractors Licenses in GA, NC, SC, TN and AL.

 

Chad Wolfe
Chad Wolfe has been involved in the construction management of more than 3,000 units in his 17 years of construction industry experience. He has been involved in a variety of projects including garden style, high density with retail and parking structures, town homes, condominiums, and assisted living facilities, ranging in value from $2 million to $60 million. Chad has served in many roles, including superintendent, procurement manager, project manager, and operations manager. He is known for meeting time and cost constraints on multiple projects, while maintaining focus on consistently delivering a quality product.

 

Ron Foster
Ron Foster brings more than 20 years of construction experience to the TuckerCraft team, beginning with revitalization of Section 8 housing communities for Hallmark Properties. He is proficient in managing projects in extreme environments, having served as superintendent over multiple apartment reconstructions for units affected by hurricanes from 2004-2006. Ron was punch superintendent at prime properties such as Atlanta’s W-Midtown hotel, The Brookwood, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, and TWELVE Centennial Park.

 

Matt Stovall
Matt Stovall has more than 10 years experience in construction and restoration for residential and commercial properties, working for Elite Grading, TuckerCraft, and Restore All. Matt is a certified Water Restoration Technician, Mold Remediation Technician, Lead Renovation/Repair/Painting Technician, Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, and Xactimate Level 1. He has completed home owner upgrade management projects for Novare Group and Wood Partners for 3,000 condominium units. Matt has managed multiple water loss, mold remediation, and construction projects across the nation for Novare Group, Wood Partners, Home Owners Advantage, Gables Residential, Pegasus, Catamount Constructors, and others. He managed New York area extreme environment remediation projects in the aftermath of superstorm Sandy.
